Finally finished this thing.. and not too soon, as Dragon Con is looming. If all goes well these will be done and available long before the con itself. Might even try coating the inside with poly-resin on these, instead of the traditional resin-fiberglass-body filler treadmill.
Unfolded these early this morning, then slowly built them today between other stuff.

^That’s a photochop, of course, I haven’t built two, as they’re symmetrical.

Yes, another one. We’ll be done soon.. Front floating faces are actually stencils for your material of choice- they’re just a .1″ or so ledge that needs to be built up. Styrene, balsa, acrylic, whatever. Side floaters just exoxy onto the main body after resining, or glue it at the pep stage, doesn’t really matter.
